Testator appoints his son John Wrayford sole executor and gives as follows:
To his daughter Jane Wrayford, £800.
To his daughter Honor Wrayford, £800.
To his godson William Stapleton, £10.
To William Adams, of Beer Ferris, £10.
To his niece Ann, wife of Richard Reddecliffe, £10.
To the poor of Beer Ferris, £10.
To his eldest daughter Catherine Wrayford, an annuity of £30 out of leasehold estate called "Latches," in Beer Ferris, a freehold estate in Walkhampton, and a freehold estate called "Youngcott" in Milton Abbott.
To his son John and his heirs, the above-named estates (subject to the annuity) and the estates of "Clamoak" and "Hore" in Beer Ferris.
