Molland church is dedicated to St Mary and dates from the 15th century. The interior is Georgian. There is a three-decker pulpit, box pews and the interior has ceilings. The chancel has an 18th-century screen, and there are many monuments to the Courtenays of West Molland. The former manor exists as a large private estate. In 2009 it included 40 residential properties forming most of Molland village, 13 farms, the London Inn public house and additional land lettings. Red Devon cattle were developed at Molland. Google with the Archive Organization has sponsored the digitisation of books from several libraries. The Internet Archive makes available, in its Community Texts Collection (originally known as Open Source Books), books that have been digitised by Google from a number of libraries. These are books on which copyright has expired, and are available free for educational and research use. This rare book was produced from a copy held by the New York Public Library, and is available from the Internet Archive.
